i think sharon case is the most beautiful soap star on day time tv. and phyllis is so hot. i can understand why nick likes being with her even tho sharon is so pretty. i love phyllis's personality on the show. is she anything like that in person? if she is, i don't want my man around her. sexy,sexy.

I just read about the new head writer at Y&R, Lynn Marie Latham. I am optimistic that the new writer will take the show higher, and hopefully, the talented, veteran actors who have been completely backburnered and totally underutilized for the past year, such as Jeanne Cooper (Kathering), Jess Walton (Jill), Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki), and Eric Braeden (Victor) will see their characters resurface in juicy new story lines. Nikki and Victor have been my favorite couple since the first time I saw them together in 1981 and I terribly miss them as a romantic couple. They sizzle!

Great pic of the 3 actors. Please, please please tell us that the writers are penning an Alexis Colby/Krystle Carrington-style knockdown dragout at the GCAC for Sharon and Michell to act out for their characters. I can't wait for their showdown on screen. You guys are all great and Happy Birthday to Sharon Case.

Happy Birthday, Sharon. The one thing I appreciate about your craft is that you seem to bring it every day. You put everything into your performances, and with what the writers have given you year after year, you never seem to blink. Especially when you had to kiss Victor. That was totally left field, over the top, and you made it work. Also, the death of Cassie was so perfect, I don't know of anyone else on the cast who could have played it better than you. Not to say that you are not surrounded by extraordinary cast mates. Hope you had a great day. I will continue to be a fan.

and i just wanted to say hi to the whole cast of the young&the restless.and happy happy belated birthday to sharon case,joshua morrow.i also would like to say is i have been liking y&r lately.especially with the nick & phyllis storyline talking about wow. i didn't seen that one coming.what a good storyline and hooray to the writers for that one and writing such a suprising and interesting,intriguing storyline.i wonder whats gonna happen next?and will sharon find out?and whats gonna become of her and nicholas's marriage once the truth comes out if it does comes out.talking about blindsided sharon won't know what hit her.whatever happens in the end please put sharon with someone good and nice and worthy of her and her love because nicholas sure doesn't deserve it.well keep it coming with more of the suspenses and suprises and keep up the good work.

Sharon, you've been a mainstay on the show for a decade now. Thank you for letting us celebrate with you.
I _do_ worry for your character a bit, now that "Nick" is in a smouldering new relationship. Previous headwriters Bill Bell, Kay Alden, and Jack Smith all invested heavily in the character.
I am probably not the only viewer who worries about the direction change implied by the appointment of the (great!) Lynn Marie Latham as headwriter, and the absence of an executive producer. (What soap doesn't have an EP????).
There is absolutely NO news about this pretty monumental change. Someone Bill Bell did not train is now running the show. I loved Latham's work on Knot's Landing and Homefront...but this is a major era change.
Can you all post something official and tell us the whole story?

I really used to like Gloria and had high hopes for her. What is going on? Are we trying to prove someone from the wrong end of the track will never make it. I simply cant watch the part about Gloria anymore. She is nuts. The husband is in prison for killing Tom and she is responsible for others death and injuries. What is she thinking. Such a bad example for younger viewers. I hope she doesnt get away with it. and i sure dont like to see kevin pay for his mothers crime, if that is where the story is going. It is enough for Jhon Abbot to pay for his involvement with this crazy woman. How can she cry and justify her actions....please, stop the insanity!
