The Insider enjoyed the intimate awards dinner, which was hosted by the hilarious Carl Reiner. Carl kept the audience in stitches all night, as he poked fun at many of the celebrities in attendance, including himself!
Peter Bergman, who is always a class act, presented Don’s award in style. He stated that in his 25 years at "Y&R," Don worked on more than 6300 episodes! "That's 262 24-hour days of television programming with Don Jacob at the epicenter," he said. "In 25 years, Don Jacob won six Emmy Awards, one DGA Award, and the hearts, trust and friendship of seemingly everyone who worked with him at CBS Television City."
Congratulations to Don Jacob!
Peter Bergman and his wife Mariellen looked very glamorous at the DGA Awards. 
Christian LeBlanc and Kate Linder (with Ricky Paull Golden of "Guiding Light") arrived to show their support for Don Jacob.

Who is this Rick Paull Golden...Yummy! I don't know if I'm liking the new Lily.... She seems to have a different personality altogether.... No innocence... Could we get the real Lily:Ms.Khalil back :(

Ricky Paul played Victoria's stalker on Y&R. He is now on GL (i think). Y&R should have kept him.

I loved the old Lily, why is she no longer with the show. There's definitely something different about the new Lily. I don't think I like it, but I believe in giving people a chance.

I love the Young & the Restless. I love everyone on the stories; however, I wish that the characters would stop dyieng. I also think that Phyllis and Nick are doing a great job, but Sharon will catch up with them later and my girl is going to get real grimey and dirty.

I love the young an the restless that is my favorite soap. Most interesing scene right now is Mac being pregnate. NIck and Phillis my question is are they going to be together when they get caught, because it seems there is more love in there then anything? Ilove this soap it needs to last more than a hour because it is so interesting.

I've watched Y&R since I was 10 and now I am almost 39. What's up with the new Lily? I liked the old one better. Here's a shout out to Phyllis & Dru they do play their roles very well. Keep up the good work!

Hi this is vicky & chris, we watch y&r everyday and do not miss one show. " I hope jack doesnt find out about nicks and phyillis's affair!!! Well i think daniel is hott!! And i think nick and phyillis or better to be together, nick and sharron been together too long,and they dont have too much communication,,,sorry thats my opion.

I'm glad sharon has found nick out, they were so stupid, gloria is going to be found out, and put in prison........? now sharon and brad can be together........, but brad is after the neuman company, hide and watch..........
