Quite some Time ago I was reading some negative Comments about Miss Smith on another Board, but I think they were largely, though perhaps not entirely, related to her Appearance. I personally find nothing wrong with her Acting from a purely-vocal Point of View, and join others in belatedly wishing her well on her Birthday!

Having noted a Poster in this Thread again calling for Miss Fonseca's Return, I just had an E-Mail from a JT/Colleen Fan who also posts here telling me that that Board to which I referred above, and the Website which sponsors it, are both reporting that the Role of Miss Colleen Carlton has been re-cast, and that the new Actress, who I am told comes from General Hospital, is due to begin appearing in January (unless I am mistaken and she is just starting to tape then).

What exactly is Mrs. Gloria Abbott about by bribing? a Photographer into taking her Picture with as many Luminaries as possible? Are these merely to be for a Photo Album of her own, or is she really a Gold-Digger after all? Or, though it would seem less likely, is she planning for what her Ex-Husband might do, thus giving herself a Memento of the Life she now has should her Husband somehow die (though certainly he is not a real Target) or suffer from this? It seems now to me that she is up to no Good by having these Photos specially taken, but I certainly hope I am somehow wrong! I do not recall her knowing that he has a Gun, so if she does not, she would not be planning for his possible Conviction for the rumoured impending Murder of her Husband.

As usual,"Lauren & Michaels" wedding scene came off in Y & R style!!! I have watched Y & R for 30+ years when Jill was a hairdresser and had a thing with Derek. It has and continues to be the best damn soap on the air!!!!! Exemplory actors and story lines. Thanks for the daily one great hour of entertainment.
