I have been a Y&R fan since the beginning and you are one of the most talented actors ever on Y&R. Happy Birthday to you and I hope your plans for your dad turn out perfectly. My dad is now 83 and I am so blessed that he is in good health. I am also 47, and realize how lucky I am to still have both parents doing so well. Good luck to you.

Christian, happy birthday! You look SO much younger than 47 (or perhaps, "47 is the new 32!"??). Hope you had a great day and "extended festival" (excellent idea!) and that this next year continues to be wonderful for you: your character (and Greg, Judith Chapman, and Roscoe Born) is/are the main reason I watch Y&R. I hope that that family group is being positioned to be, someday, THE leading family in Genoa City. And Happy Birthday in September to your father! That's so nice you're planning a trip for him out here and a big 80th bday celebration. I enjoyed seeing the pictures of you and him at the Emmys - even in just a series of pix, online, he eminates an absolute force field of energy! One can see in part where you got your great genes. I read an article a while back and you spoke fondly of your father and New Orleans roots. I am thinking positive thoughts for your family during the hurricane. I hope they are safe and secure. I hope your home city does not suffer too much devestation I've always wanted to visit New Orleans myself.

Christian, I too hope your father, siblings, and the house you recently purchased in New Orleans all are safe and that the hurricane weakens and doesn't do much damages to New Orleans. Hopefully your family has evacuated to "higher ground." My thoughts and prayers are with you, your family and the beautiful city of New Orleans that all will be safe.

Christian I hope you had a great birthday (I am a little late!) You look damn good for 47. My husband and I also share your birthday. We would have gotten married on 8-25 if it would have fallen on a Friday or Saturday the year we were married. When Katrina headed towards New Orleans, you and your father are the only people on this earth that I knew of from there. I was thinking and praying for your father to be safe. My dad has a Sept.
